Terms and Conditions

Standard Fee and Additional Charges

1. In general, the quoted price shall be final after the inspection of old address. And any related costs incurred in any of the processes described in Clauses 1.1-1.5 shall be borne by the Customer.

1.1 The Customer shall declare if designated relocation service shall be provided outside the business hours during quotation. Otherwise, the Company shall charge an additional fee according to the changed actual relocation time. (Applicable to the relocation service outside the business hours)

1.2 The Customer shall declare the followings during quotation. Otherwise, the Company shall charge an additional fee according to the changed actual situation.

- No lift

- Only by stairs

- By stairs to lift

- By platform to lift

- By path

- Remote parking location (more than 30 meters)

1.3 If the actual relocation contents are more than the contents as declared by the Customer during quotation, the Company shall charge an additional fee according to the changed actual relocation contents.

1.4 The Customer shall pre-pack sundry items into box. Otherwise, the Company shall charge the "Sundry Items Packing Fee" according to the actual packing time.

1.5 The Customer shall successfully cancel or change the relocation service at least three days prior to the Reserved Relocation Date. Otherwise, the Company shall charge "30% Additional Administrative Fee".

2. The Company reserves the right to refuse or rearrange any of the processes described in Clauses 1.1-1.5 based on the relocation schedule, and any related costs incurred in the process shall be borne by the Customer.

Service

1. The Customer shall book the relocation service at least three days in advance, actual arrangement are subject to the relocation schedule of the Company.

2. The Company shall not disconnect / connect water, electricity, gas supply, and any electrical appliances.

3. The Company staff is forbidden to obtain tip.

Indemnity

1. The Customer shall purchase your own relocation insurance before the relocation.

2. The Customer shall count your own objects before and after the relocation. If there is any loss, the Customer should inform foreman of the Company before payment, inquiries beyond the deadline shall not be processed.

3. The Company cannot guarantee that any fragile objects (including but not limited to glassware, porcelain, mirrors, photo frames, musical instruments, collectibles, etc.) are at risk of damage during relocation, the Customer shall agree to waive all rights and claims against the Company should all the above objects be damaged.

3.1 The Customer shall be careful to pack fragile objects into box and indicate "fragile" on the box.

4. If there is any damage to the objects during relocation, the Customer shall inform the Company within 24 hours. If the condition is not met, the Company reserves the right to refute the Customer's claim. The maximum amount of the compensation is HK $ 300.

5. When filing a claim, please provide following information:

- Organization Name (if applicable)

- Name

- Phone Number

- Relocation Date

- Old Address

- List of Objects and Specific Description of Damage

6. The Company shall not assume any derivative liability for any loss or damage resulting from any cancellation or delay, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, any unfavorable weather conditions, adverse weather warnings, traffic conditions, any events within or outside the Company's control, or any events caused by force majeure.

Miscellaneous

1. Chung Pong reserves the right to amend all Terms and Conditions without notice.

2. In case of any disputes, Chung Pong reserves the right to make the final decision.
